For the past twenty years, my mom has poured her heart and soul into her neighborhood bakery. She’s made cakes for birthdays, weddings, and family celebrations, creating a place where people come together to share life’s sweetest moments. Through every season, including the challenges of COVID-19, she has worked hard to keep her doors open, serve our neighbors and stay connected to the people who have supported her from the very beginning.

Recently, my mom’s bakery was the victim of bank fraud. The financial loss has been devastating, making it incredibly difficult to keep the doors open and support the employees who have become like family. Despite these challenges, my mom remains dedicated to her community and to the people who rely on her bakery for their celebrations and daily treats.

The funds raised will help cover the money lost to fraud, pay her hardworking employees, and keep the bakery running during this difficult time. Anyone who knows my mom knows how dedicated she is, she gives everything she has to this bakery. It’s more than just a business; it’s her passion and a cornerstone of our community, and a place that brings people together.
