As our coaching team are primarily freelance based our F45 studio being closed has a direct effect on their monthly income. Coaches just like all of us have bills, rent and families to provide for so we have set up this page to show a little support during these times.

As you are aware all of our memberships have been frozen  so the studio does not have an income which is a very challenging situation for a small and new business.

Some of our coaches are running live Instragram sessions for you to jump in and work out with them, helping you keep motivated and moving during these difficult times. 

We would kindly ask that you support our coaches by donating, whether small or large. You can donate each time you join in with a live class,  or perhaps make a weekly or a one off donation.  Each donation will have a huge impact on our coaches. 

The proceeds from this page will go directly to our coaching team that assist with the workouts during this time or a charity of their choice.
