Help the NGA Mocs Softball Teams Recover from Theft & Get Their Uniforms
Softball isn’t just a game for the girls of the NGA Mocs—it’s their passion, their family, and their place to grow in confidence and teamwork. But right now, these young athletes, ranging from 9 to 14 years old, are heartbroken.
Last fall, a person trusted with collecting money for their team uniforms stole over $4,500 from our families—funds meant to outfit our girls for the upcoming season. The uniforms were never ordered, never delivered, and now, as the season begins, these hardworking young players are left without the gear they need to proudly take the field.
After a long and frustrating wait, the individual responsible has been arrested for theft by the Catoosa County Sheriff and is facing trial. But despite this, the money is gone, and the families who sacrificed to pay for their daughters' uniforms are left picking up the pieces.
We are turning to our incredible community for support. We need your help to replace these stolen funds so that every girl can step onto the field with the pride and confidence that comes with wearing their team uniform. This is more than just a uniform—it’s about restoring the trust and excitement these girls had for their season.
Every dollar donated will go directly to ensuring our players receive the uniforms they were promised. Your generosity will help these girls move past this heartbreak and focus on what truly matters—playing the game they love.
Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser. Let’s show these girls that their community stands behind them, that honesty and integrity win in the end, and that no setback is too great when we come together.
Thank you for your support!
