Urgent Support Needed for a Young Mother and Her Child with Special Needs

I'm reaching out to you on behalf of a young mother, an 18-year-old single mom from Honduras, who is in desperate need of our help. She moved to this country three years ago with her now 3-year-old child, who has special needs. Since arriving, she has worked tirelessly, often holding two or three jobs simultaneously, to support herself and her child.

Recently, she was let go from her job at a coffee shop because she couldn’t find childcare over the weekend, which she normally doesn’t have to cover. This unfortunate event has put her in a dire financial situation. She is unable to pay this month’s rent or afford the necessary childcare for her son. Her landlord has given her until Friday to pay or face eviction from the room they rent.
