Together We Dance Scholarship

Supporting Two Young Dancers During Their Mother’s Cancer Battle

At MCW Performing Arts, we believe in more than just dance. We believe in family, resilience, and lifting each other up—especially in life’s hardest moments.

Two of our beloved young dancers are facing a challenge no child should. Their mother has been diagnosed with aggressive Stage-3 breast cancer and is about to start her almost year-long treatment plan. As she bravely fights for her health, the family faces the financial burden of paying for treatment, as each treatment costs thousands, even with insurance.

These dancers are a huge part of our small dance family, and we strive to make sure our studio is a 'home away from home' for all of our dancers. We’re committed to making sure that doesn’t change.

✨ That’s why we’ve created the Together We Dance Scholarship — a community-funded initiative to support their tuition and dance-related expenses during this difficult time.

And most importantly:

No matter the amount raised, these dancers will continue to train, perform, and grow at MCW Performing Arts.

This scholarship is a symbol of love and solidarity. It’s our way of saying: You’re not alone. We dance with you.

All money raised will be posted directly to this family's studio account to be used for current and future dance needs.
