Hello family and friends…. It is with great sadness in our hearts that we share news regarding our beloved mother, wife, sister, and grandmother, Yolanda Hernandez. As of today, 10/25/25, she will be moved into hospice care after fighting a long medical fight in order to transition peacefully into our Lord’s arms.

Unfortunately, this comes with a price that her husband is unable to cover on his retirement income and this is where we are reaching out for help. If you are able to find it in your hearts to help us lay her to rest according to her Catholic wishes, which she held so dear to her heart, our family would be forever grateful for the peace that we know it will bring her. Although this fundraiser has a “service date”, we are unable to set a date until we raise the necessary funds. At that time, we will share all of the service details. Thank you and God Bless.
