For those of you that have seen this on my personal page, Jill and I started a GoFundMe for Yolanda. We thank those who have donated since her insurance was dropped and her family has run out of resources for her care. This is a last resort to help her in her time of need. Yolanda has experienced severe complications and needs to continue expensive medications, ER visits and home nursing to help her through this critical time. Unfortunately, the FL medical system is broken and without insurance, she can only get home care. All attempts for government assistance has been declined. The one thing that brings her joy is following the cats and posting about adoptions and updates. Thank you, in advance, for any financial assistance you can provide. We are reaching out to inquire about any potential financial assistance you might be able to offer our friend, Yolanda. She has been experiencing significant health challenges for over a year including cardiac arrhythmia and heart palpitations, respiratory difficulties, infections, and recent complications due to Covid.

All of these issues necessitates both costly medications, medical procedures, at home care, and constant doctor visits, etc. Her health insurance coverage was dropped by the insurance company several months ago, leading to a substantial accumulation of medical expenses.

Any assistance you can provide to help her to overcome this shortfall would be greatly appreciated. We, as her friends, are making this appeal on her behalf.
