Hello, my name is Moszenae and I am setting this GoFundMe account up for my mother and my sister. My mother is a strong, independent woman and my sister is a college student at VCU. However, on May 29th, 2024, my little sister was in a horrible car accident in the Richmond, VA area. She was hospitalized for a little over a month and then sent home with my mother while she heals until they can finish her surgeries.

My sister was hospitalized for a broken tibia, crushed right foot, 2 broken shoulders, 1 broken arm, 2 broken fingertips, spinal fractures, as well as a broken bone in her neck. Her first couple of surgeries were for her legs and arms. As of right now, she has pins and rods in her foot and they can't work on her neck and back until some other parts of her body heal. My mother has to transport my sister back and forth to Richmond for doctor appointments and surgery dates.

My sister has a long road of surgeries and healing to go which leaves my mother as her primary caretaker and physical therapist. With all that has transpired, this has placed my mother in a situation where she is unable to work or provide for her household as she should. I set this GoFundMe account up so my mother could get some help with her household bills, prescription for my sister as well as help with gas for the days they have to travel and stay overnight at the VCU hospital. My mother has always been the one to help others out in their time of need and she is very prideful and humble. However, now she needs help. So, if you could, please and thank you for your support!
