We come to you to ask for your support in the fight of a lifetime. Yeva, a devoted single mother, has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive type of invasive breast cancer, and she is facing an incredibly tough road ahead. Her treatment plan will stretch over the next 12+ months, including six months of chemotherapy, followed by surgery and potentially radiation, with additional six months of immunotherapy.

As she begins this difficult journey, she faces it not only with courage but with the unwavering love she has for her children, Francesca and Duncan, who depend on her for comfort, support, and guidance.

This diagnosis has completely turned her world upside down, and with it comes the overwhelming burden of medical bills, treatment costs, and the loss of income as she’s unable to work while undergoing treatment.

Yeva's treatment plan is going to be a long journey, a total of 12+ months. The initial stage is 6 months of chemotherapy infusions and health monitoring with countless visits to various doctors on her Oncology Team. After this, she will have a month to recover her immunity, depleted by chemotherapy, so that she will be well enough to have the breast cancer surgically removed. Then, after another short recovery period, she will spend another 1.5 months on potential proton radiation therapy to ensure the eradication of any remaining cancer cells in the areas surrounding the surgical site, and 6 months of immunotherapy.

Juggling the demands of treatment, medical bills, and daily living is overwhelming for anyone—but doing so alone, while trying to maintain a stable home for her family, is a burden no one should have to carry without support.
