My name is Natasha Yelfimov, and I'm starting this fundraiser to help my sister in law Julia and her husband Alexey with finances.....

Alexey and Julia and their 14 year old son Artem were extremely happy when Julia found out that she was pregnant after many many years of unexplained infertility.... Julia was diagnosed with placenta previa in the second trimester of the pregnancy. On Christmas Eve they were delighted to find out that their baby is a healthy boy.

On Wednesday January 18, Julia woke up with an excruciating pain in her abdomen and she was taken to the local hospital in Vancouver, WA by an ambulance. Doctors tried different pain medication but nothing seemed to be working, they did different tests and finally they said that she had fluid in one of her kidney, they wanted to do a medical procedure to drain the fluid from her kidney, but by the Grace of our God the fluid disappeared and Julia was in much pain anymore. She was discharged from the hospital Friday evening(1/20).
On Sunday (1/22) she was taken to the hospital again with the same excruciating pain, this time doctors simply didn't know what to do, and after different tests including MRI they transferred Julian to the OREGON HEALTH & SCIENCE UNIVERSITY hospital in Portland, OR... everyday she was having contractions on top of the pain she was experiencing before. The pain was so severe that she actually passed out couple of times. Doctors didn't now what was causing the pain and all we could do is to pray and ask God for mercy.
On Friday, January 27, 2017 Julia started bleeding, she was only 25 weeks 6 days pregnant. She was taken to operating room for and emergency c-section, and doctors delivered a boy named Phillip, weighing only 2 pounds.
During the c-section doctors discovered another very rare condition PLACENTA PERCRETA, which caused placenta to grow through the uterine wall into the nearby organs, in Julia's case it was her intestines. Now doctors were fighting for her life, 4 surgeons were operating on her, trying to remove placental tissue from her intestines, she has lost a lot of blood during surgery... Julia was in very critical conditon in ICU ever since and still remains in ICU but her conditon is stable and even though her digestive system is completely shut down, she is feeling much better, praise the Lord!
Her son, Phillip is critical, but stable and we pray that the Lord heals him and he will grow to be a healthy child.
There is a long road to recovery for both of them, and I ask you to keep them both in your prayers... pray for her husband and older son Artem, they have been through so much stress and heartache these past 2 weeks.

Julia will be in the hospital for at least another months or so, and baby will be in the hospital until May if not longer. The commute from their house in Vancouver to the hospital is around 45min-1hr,

I am asking you to join us in prayer and to help this family financially , since Alexey isn't working for 2 weeks now to be by his wife, it would mean a lot if we could all together raise some money to help them pay the rent and other expenses.

May God bless you all!

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
