Dear family, friends and strangers

Today, my family and I received heartbreaking news. My younger brother, Yazen, is in high school and one of his biggest passions is boxing. He’s been so dedicated to it and gives his all. During his recent fight, he took a hard hit to the head that sent him to the hospital.

The doctors told us that he will go into reconstruction surgery, and we are doing everything we can, but it is more than we can manage on our own.

He is one of the sweetest people I know. He’s kind, funny, loving, and always puts others first. Seeing and hearing him in pain has been really difficult. We just want to see him smiling again, getting ready for school and making his jokes like he always does. If you can donate anything at all, it would mean so much to us. Even the smallest amount or sharing this would help so much.
