Yasmin Estrada is a dear friend who is currently facing one of the toughest battles of her life. On Friday night, Yasmin was a passenger in a devastating car crash that ended with the vehicle colliding into a gas station. The impact left her with a broken leg, a fractured cheekbone, and a traumatic brain injury. She was immediately airlifted by helicopter to the University of Maryland hospital in Baltimore, where she was admitted to the trauma and shock center. Right now, Yasmin is fighting to recover—she cannot speak or open her eyes, and her condition remains critical.
Yasmin has already undergone a major surgery on her leg, where doctors inserted a metal rod from her hip to her knee to repair the damage. She is now awaiting additional surgeries for her face and brain. The road ahead will be long and challenging, not only for Yasmin but also for her family, who are by her side every step of the way. The emotional and financial toll of this tragedy is immense, and her loved ones are doing everything they can to support her recovery.
We are reaching out to our community for help. The funds raised will go directly toward Yasmin’s medical expenses, including surgeries, hospital care, and the rehabilitation she will need to learn to walk again. Your support will also help cover the cost of medications and ongoing treatments. If you are able, please consider donating to help Yasmin’s family during this incredibly difficult time. Even if you cannot donate, your prayers and sharing this fundraiser with others would mean the world to us. Thank you for keeping Yasmin in your thoughts and for any support you can offer.
