Support Yasmeen's All American Cheer Dream in Orlando

Dear Potential Supporter,

My name is Yasmeen Wilcox and I am entering my senior year of high school and a my fourth year of Varsity Cheerleading at Valley High School, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am a two time All American, my first year I was selected I was unable to attend. Unfortunately this is my last year to be able to attend as this is my senior year. I am creating this GoFundMe in hopes to gain your support to help me attend the All American Orlando Thanksgiving Parade! Earning this All American award as been my personal goal since freshman year. This is a once in a life time opportunity and I am honored I was selected to be apart of this experience!

Not only am I dedicated to the cheer team, I am also very invested in my education. During my high high school career I have maintained an excellence in my academics! I completed my freshman year with a 4.0, and at the end of my sophomore year a 4.025 and at the end of my junior year I accomplished a GPA of a 4.128. I am currently ranked 15 out of my graduating class. I have been apart of clubs such as Student Council holding the titles of Sophomore Class President, Junior Vice President, and now Senior Class Historian. I am also in other academic clubs such as Valley Academy and Upward Bound! At the end of my junior year I was accepted into UNM and later followed the acceptance into NMSU. I have plans to continue my education after high school. I intend to enroll into college with the goal of completing medical school and obtaining a degree in Radiology.

I am beyond grateful for the support I have gained through my year and continue my gratefulness with the additional support I obtain! Thank you for the time to listen to my story and considering a donation!
