Yara was born September 24th, 2024. She is the most perfect, beautiful, strong girl. Unfortunately she's has lived her entire life in the hospital because she has VACTERL syndrome. She has Apnea of prematurity, VSD (ventricular septal defect), PDA (patent ductus arteriosus), Congenital imperforate anus, Recto-vaginal fistula, and Horseshoe kidney. We have been so grateful to be at the best Nicu in the world at UMMC. I have been out of work for a while now, it's been difficult to say the least, we are grateful for all the love and support everyone has shown us during this time. Although we have a long road of recovery for my sweet girl, she has had her first open heart surgery, it went well, she is getting stronger everyday. All I ask is for your prayers and love for Yara. Any small donations will help me continue to always be there for my girl and get by for the time that we are in the hospital. I will pay it forward as soon as I am able to. Thank you to everyone!!!
