My name is Yana Ibrasheva, and I am a law graduate with a profound passion for International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Human Rights. Over the past years, I have actively engaged in various areas of law and human rights, laying a strong foundation for my academic and professional pursuits.

I have participated in prestigious international competitions, including the Jean-Pictet Moot Court Competition (Nepal) and The Martens International Humanitarian Law Competition 24th edition (Moscow). In my home country, Kazakhstan, I have contributed to multiple human rights projects and taught human rights theory as part of the "Human Rights School" initiative. These experiences have deepened my commitment to addressing global humanitarian challenges.

Currently, I aim to advance my career by pursuing a Master’s degree in IHL, enabling me to work with non-profits and charities to safeguard human rights on a global scale.

Campaign Goals

Applying to internationally renowned universities for a Master’s degree comes with financial challenges. While I am prepared to cover tuition fees through scholarships or personal loans upon admission, I need support to cover application fees and the IELTS examination required for my applications.
