On New Year’s Eve, tragedy struck my family in Lima, Peru, when fireworks sparked a devastating fire that consumed their home. With only moments to react, Yahaira and Alexandra barely escaped the flames with their lives, losing everything they owned in the process.

Thankfully, they are safe, but they’ve lost everything they worked so hard to build—a lifetime of memories, personal items, and essentials are gone in an instant.

As you can imagine, starting over from nothing is overwhelming. We’re asking for your support to help them rebuild their life during this incredibly difficult time. Your donation will go toward essential items like clothing, food, toiletries, temporary housing, and, eventually, rebuilding her home and life.
