Hello, it is sad to say, but my mother has lost another child to gun violence. My older brother, Xzavier Starks, who has suffered from mental illnesses for well over 20 years, was shot and killed, abruptly ripping him from our lives. As it is, my mother is his next of kin and does not have the funds to properly bury her second fallen child.
