Support Xochitl's End Stage Kidney Failure

Recently my girlfriend, Xochitl Esmeralda Calderon and I (Alexis Cruz) have been facing a lot of issues attempting to transfer to a different county. We lived in union city for a while because it was close to my job. However, I was recently laid off due to the company outsourcing their labor. Shortly after our landlord discontinued our lease without a 30 day notice and we were force to move. Which is where this whole situation arose. Due to the transfer to another county, medic-cal is being very difficult and is not approving payments for prescriptions, appointments and treatments. This caused us to face an issue where we are constantly moving back and forth for her appointments in hoping that everything works out. She is very sick with end stage kidney failure as a dialysis patient. She is currently in line for a kidney transplant and we are hoping for the best.
