Hello, I’m Colleen Brennan, founder of the XO World Project Foundation. I’ve been leading medical missions for over two decades, and through this work, I’ve seen firsthand the urgent needs of women and children in underserved communities. I started this foundation because I believe that every woman and child, no matter where they are born, deserves access to healthcare, clean water, education, and opportunity.

Around the world, many communities face barriers that most of us take for granted. Children go without essential medical care, mothers walk miles for clean water, and women are denied the chance to earn a living and support their families. That’s why we take a multi-pronged approach to make real, lasting change:

Healthcare for Women and Children: We provide pediatric surgical care, women’s healthcare, and community health outreach programs, including disease prevention initiatives like cervical cancer screenings.

Medical Training and Equipment Donation: We train local healthcare professionals, bring specialized medical expertise to underserved areas, and donate essential equipment to strengthen hospital infrastructure.

Clean Water and Sustainable Farming: We build borehole wells for safe drinking water and support farming projects that provide sustainable food sources for communities in Ghana and beyond.

Economic Empowerment for Women: We help women start small businesses in Ghana and Kenya, giving them financial independence and the chance to support their families.
