Hi friends.

I have been in my current role, a nursing assistant, 4 years to the date. So it's just such a gut punch to be told I'm being terminated. The hospital environment is where I've learned a lot about my human spirit, and how to care for incredibly sick patients.

I've failed, and I've grown, cried and laughed, and been challenged at times at UCHealth. So it's only natural that my emotions consist of sadness and frustration right now. A certain level of defeat too.

But I have to start to heal somewhere. The purpose of this GoFundMe(who know that would be my path in the beginning of 2026?) is to give me a cushion in helping me pay my bills and navigate temporary unemployment.
