Support XeroZenith's Community Project

Hello! This fundraiser supports the XeroZenith YouTube channel and our ambitious project to restore a historic building in Ohio. In mid-September, we acquired a former psychiatric ward that has been vacant for 19 years, with the goal of breathing new life into it and turning it into a valuable community resource.

We urgently need funds to cover essential repairs and upgrades, including fire and life safety system improvements, debris cleanup and remediation, dumpster rental for rubbish removal, new gas service installation, electrical system upgrades, permitting, and state compliance. These are just a few of the critical steps needed to bring this building back to life.
