Helping One of Our Own — Supporting Xavier’s Recovery

My name is Robert Insel, and I’m part of the team at South Texas Boiler Industries here in the Houston area. Every day, I have the opportunity to work alongside some of the hardest-working individuals in this industry—and one of those people is my colleague, Xavier.

Xavier is one of our boiler mechanics. He’s the kind of guy you can count on no matter the job—long hours, tough conditions, or tight deadlines. He shows up, puts in the work, and takes pride in what he does. More importantly, he’s someone who looks out for his team and carries himself with a lot of integrity.

Recently, Xavier suffered a heart attack. It was sudden and something no one ever expects. Right now, his focus is on recovery, but as you can imagine, situations like this come with a heavy financial burden—medical bills, time away from work, and the stress that comes with it.

That’s why we’re coming together to support him.
