Support Wyatt's Recovery from Severe Accident
Donation protected
Sunday evening, (6/29/25), Wyatt, who is only 10 years old was in a dirt bike accident. The accident severed his femoral artery, veins, and nerves in his right leg, he also suffered compartment syndrome. Due to the extent of his injury the surgeon had to create multiple incisions to relieve the pressure, make repairs and graft his artery. He lost a lot blood requiring several units. At this point it is unknown if he will regain full function of his leg.The Surgeon has stated that Wyatt will be kept in a medically induced coma, and will attempt to bring him out of the coma in stages. His parents are members of the Woodville Volunteer Fire Department. IF not for the training of his parents he would not still be with us today.
This family is in desperate need of support as they were informed he will have a long road of recovery ahead of them. This will cause both of his parents to miss work, and as we know the bills don't stop. We are asking the community to come together to help alleviate some of the financial stress that comes with medical emergencies; so both of Wyatt's parents can focus on his recovery and future medical needs.
