On June 28th, the young women and young men of Worthing Ward (of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) will be taking on a 10-mile sponsored walk to raise funds for two life-changing youth experiences happening this year: Camp and FSY (For the Strength of Youth).

These events include residential stays filled with gospel instruction, devotionals, uplifting activities, and spiritual growth. More than just a fun getaway, Camp and FSY are designed to help youth:

• Strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ

• Build confidence and a sense of purpose

• Develop leadership and communication skills

• Form lasting friendships with others who share their values

FSY in particular plays a powerful role in helping youth grow spiritually, build testimonies, and live the gospel with greater commitment. These experiences are an investment in the rising generation of leaders and disciples.
