I’m excited to announce that I’m embarking on my next journey as the director of a short film I’ve written, titled “Workflow.” This project is a critical step in my career, serving as a fresh and current example of my work that will help open doors in scripted film and television.

This story examines the persistent resistance many employers exhibit toward establishing and nurturing genuinely diverse and inclusive work environments. Workflow flips the idea of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) on its head, imagining an extreme future scenario where there is only one White employee in the workplace.

Through satire, the script explores how minorities are often undervalued or excluded in the workplace, and serves as a critique of White fears about the effects of creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Ultimately, the story suggests that by embracing our differences and listening to each other's needs, we can build a more inclusive and supportive work culture for everyone.
