Meet Timmy:

He’s 12 pounds of pure attitude stuffed into a scruffy Yorkie body. Timmy thinks he’s the boss (don’t tell the big dogs), and his tail hasn’t stopped wagging since the day we met him—even when he was in a pickle!

What Happened?

Timmy was found in the middle of the road after what we think was a hit-and-run. A kind stranger scooped him up and called Animal Control. Most pups would have been scared, but not Timmy—he was already plotting his comeback!

Why the Surgery?

Timmy’s got a fancy-sounding injury: a left ischial-acetabular fracture with coxofemoral luxation. In dog terms? His hip’s a hot mess. Our vet says Timmy needs a Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO)—aka, a hip fix-up so he can find his loving forever home and keep bossing them around pain-free.
