Help Send Woodshed Arts to Wales!

Hi, we're Woodshed Arts. We really appreciate you reading our story and considering donating! Woodshed Arts is a local theater community in Chatham county that cultivates collaborative creativity. Our group of twelve teenagers has spent the 8 months writing a brand new, hour-long musical based on Shakespeare’s “As You Like It”—we call our show “Arden.”

Later this year, we will be going on a trip to Wales to share “Arden” with other teens and Shakespeare experts. Since we are not yet a non-profit organization (we are working on it!), it is a bit harder to get grant money, which is why we are trying to raise funds to support us on this adventure! Any amount you are willing to donate is greatly appreciated. If you are not able to contribute any money, sharing with a friend or family member would mean the world to us as well!

Our trip costs are about $2,000/person; about 75% of the costs are for transportation. We know this fundraiser can’t cover our costs, but we hope it will help us to help lower expenses for several members of our cast.
