Support women’s sanitary services for the homeless
Donation protected
Homeless women in Nottingham face daily struggles accessing basic sanitary services. These essential items are often taken for granted and are crucial for maintaining health and dignity. The difficulties are extended to women feeling judged and embarrassed around menstrual health and are often turned away from public spaces that provide safe sanitation.
Our mission is to provide homeless women with the sanitary products they need, such as sanitary pads, tampons and other necessary items to maintain hygiene and health.
The funds raised will be used to create hygiene packs and will be donated to Rene House, a social enterprise that provides housing and support for vulnerable adults in the Nottinghamshire area. Your donations will help to ensure women, regardless of their current situation, can manage menstrual health with dignity and comfort. Each contribution, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference.
Together we will make a positive, meaningful impact on the lives of the homeless women in Nottingham, and further support an incredible local charity that supports vulnerable adults in the homeless community.
As well as this, we will be hosting a bake sale on the 11th February at 11am, located in the Newton building (Nottingham Trent university campus). You are all welcome to come and visit us to enjoy delicious treats whilst supporting an incredible cause. We also encourage you to bring along sanitary products that can be used to create our hygiene packs for Rene House. All funds raised will go directly to the charity.
Thank you for your support!
