Mengis Habtom Tesfamichael, a devoted husband and father, was born in Asmara. After bravely serving his country during the liberation struggle, he built a life dedicated to kindness and service. Tragically, Mengis passed away on March 5th, 2025.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Winta, and their four beautiful children, Sina, Sedona, Amanuel, and Arsema. As the sole provider of the family, this unexpected loss will leave them facing both significant emotional and financial challenges.
