I have to ask for help from everyone right now; my daughter and I need help and support. Unexpected things are happening right now and I cannot financially navigate this situation without help. I have taken time from work and there is one more upcoming surgery for my daughter.

In April of 2025, my daughter Winnie was diagnosed with a mass on her left breast and after an ultrasound with a biopsy and mammogram, we now know that we are facing breast cancer. At 16 years old, this is a huge life-changing experience. I have been doing my due diligence to make sure I am supporting her during this process and that I am there to help her.

Winnie’s breast cancer mass removal is scheduled for Friday July 11th, 2025.

Winnie’s surgery now scheduled on July 11th has a recovery of 2 to 3 weeks, and her breast cancer specialist is amazing and has scheduled this procedure to happen over the summer so her recovery can happen and hopefully be completed before the fall semester of school starts. 

Winnie is strong and amazing. She’s been pushing to still attend summer school to stay on track with school, and she just finished summer school with an A grade average. I’m so proud of her.

Please help us get through this and recover and get back on track with daily life. I am trying to find a way to raise money for at least 1 month to cover rent so our immediate needs are met with recovery time taking 2 to 3 weeks. I’m very worried and I am humble and grateful for the donations we have received so far. We are so close to reaching our goal please help support us and reach our goal and please share with your friends and family and community to help us reach it!
