I am Montia Murray, founder of We Inspire the Next Generation LLC: Employment Training Service. I am an employment specialist with extensive experience as a Special Educator. I developed WING-ETS to bridge the gap many students with exceptionalities face after high school by equipping them with job skills, interpersonal communication training, and direct job placement support. WING-ETS is dedicated to providing vocational training and employment services to neurodiverse individuals, empowering them to achieve independence through meaningful, competitive employment.

I need your help to extend the reach of our mission. There is a great need for the service WING-ETS provides. Students with neurodiverse needs often exit school unprepared for employment, and older neurodiverse individuals struggle to gain and maintain competitive employment. Schools and state agencies are actively seeking qualified providers to fill this gap.

Our market area for self-pay individuals is the Greater Houston Area. The market for individuals receiving subsidies via WING-ETS contract with a local entity includes 21 offices in Houston. Each office serves over 250 clients in need of these services. Currently I am the sole employee for WING-ETS, but I cannot fulfill this mission on my own. I am seeking funds to support the salary and training of new employees to amplify our impact in the community.
