Support Windsor Park Church After Theft

Windsor Park Lutheran Church on the Southeast side of Chicago was robbed in the early morning of Sunday, August 4. This impacts our community programs. You may have seen the coverage on recent ABC7, Fox 32, and WGN.

Update: We were robbed again on Thursday, August 16th. This time the intruder was caught.

Windsor Park runs many community programs, which people in the area and surrounding area rely on for food, health, wellness, workforce development, and other needs. Windsor Park feeds more than 1,000 people a month and hundreds of families through our food pantry, serving the community for 30 years. Food, technical equipment, and many other things were damaged, taken, and left in a state of disrepair.

- Americorp Community Workers (Americorp and Leave No Veteran Behind)

- Security Training for Employment (Leave No Veteran Behind)

- Veteran counseling programs (Leave No Veteran Behind)

- Veterans Day Recognition (Thrivent, World Vision, Leave No Veteran Behind)
