Hello, my name's Jeremiah & I'm the father of the cutie in the pictures above. Wilma's been a part of my life since I adopted her almost 10 years ago, and now that she's getting older and wiser in age, she's also gotten more frail. We recently discovered a mass on her chest and took her straight to the vet with the hopes of catching whatever it is early. While there, the vet discovered another mass hidden in her fur on one of her hind legs. As of right now, we aren't sure whether the masses are benign or otherwise, but the first step is having them removed and sent to a lab. Especially since right now the masses are affecting her quality of life. Not to mention, upon taking a look at her teeth, she discovered that they weren't in the best condition and highly recommended we take action before things got in the danger zone. I was not expecting to be hit with costs so high from our vet considering they were already a low-cost clinic and are doing their best to keep costs low because my babies have been with them for years. I'd truly appreciate whatever donation possible, whether it be $5, $20, $50, or whatever! I live alone, and the costs of living already have me in a chokehold, but I'd much rather eat ramen noodles every day as long as my baby is taken care of. Thank you!

Wilma ha sido parte de mi vida desde que la adopté hace casi 10 años, y ahora que se está haciendo mayor y más sabia en edad, también se ha vuelto más frágil. Recientemente descubrimos una masa en su pecho y la llevamos directamente al veterinario con la esperanza de atrapar lo que sea temprano. Mientras estaba allí, el veterinario descubrió otra masa escondida en su pelaje en una de sus patas traseras. A partir de ahora, no estamos seguros de si las masas son benignas o no, pero el primer paso es eliminarlas y enviarlas a un laboratorio. Especialmente porque en este momento las masas están afectando su calidad de vida. Sin mencionar que, al echar un vistazo a sus dientes, descubrió que no estaban en las mejores condiciones y recomendó encarecidamente que tomáramos medidas antes de que las cosas entraran en la zona de peligro. No esperaba que nuestro veterinario me golpeara con costos tan altos teniendo en cuenta que ya eran una clínica de bajo costo y están haciendo todo lo posible para mantener los costos bajos porque mis bebés han estado con ellos durante años. ¡Realmente agradecería cualquier donación posible, ya sea de 5 $, 20 $, 50 $ o lo que sea!
