My name is Will I am 65 years old. I’ve been living with my sister in Altadena for the past 4years on Hartwell Court. We were recently burned out by the wild fires and have been living at the shelter at the Pasadena Convention Center for the past few days. I initially arrived on Tuesday but I lost consciousness while checking in and was admitted at Huntington Hospital until returning here yesterday 1/17/2024. This money will help with getting into an hotel until I can secure appropriate housing and for every day essentials. After dialysis treatments I need to rest, and while I am grateful for this space, it is difficult to rest comfortably.
