Support Will's Family in Their Move to Stability

Hi all. My name is Will, and my mom and I are in the process of moving. After my sister and her partner moved out of our current apartment, we've been increasingly hard pressed to pay rent, between my two jobs and my mother's meager pension. We have a new, more affordable condo lined up with a move-in date of December 1. Unfortunately, the down payment on the condo coupled with several unexpected repair bills has totally wiped out our savings.
