Hello. My name is Willow Polosky. I am 18 and I am disabled. I can’t leave my house really without mobility aids and use forearm crutches most of the time.

However, my symptoms have been getting worse, needing me to use a wheelchair more and more. The wheelchair I had been relying on recently crumbled beneath me as I was using it. I don’t have the means to get another chair that would truly work and help my needs.
