Willie was the most stand up man that many were blessed to know. Willie worked a full time job and was a role model to his nieces, nephews, and anyone who met him. He was an advocate for people with disabilities and never let his disability slow him down or limit him. He lived his life with no regrets and no excuses. Willie overcame obstacles every day of his life that would have challenged even the most highly skilled and trained individuals. As a baby, Willie’s parents and family were told that he would be unable to live a full term and productive life. He lived far longer than his doctors expected, but sadly he passed on 5/11/25 after living a life full of
accomplishments, adventure, and travel. Before he passed,
he expressed that he wanted everyone to have a party and celebrate his life. We invite you to help us help Willie have the going away party that he wished for.
