Support Willie McCoy's Healing & Recovery Process

On 11.30.23 and 12.26.23, Pastor Willie E. McCoy, Jr. underwent two major endovascular surgeries to treat this life-threatening diagnosis. Unfortunately, without surgery, the prognosis was grim.

We are grateful to God and the Northwestern hospital team that he has survived these two major surgeries totaling fourteen hours on the operating table. However, the work continues.

Through the providencial hand of God, we can not be more thankful that he has successfully completed acute-rehabilitation at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago and has returned home. He is responding well, but his journey is just beginning. His next several weeks/months are going to be intensely dedicated to his full recovery, including sessions at Shirley Ryan as an outpatient.
