My name is Karen. My partner Willie Brown fell off the sidewalk, on Halloween, in Des Plaines. He fell head first into a brick wall and is currently suffering the effects of a brain bleed. He spent some time with a breathing tube. Luckily, it has been removed, but he will be in the hospital for awhile. The doctors said recovery might take a year, but they don't really know how long.
