- Hi, my name is José and I'm fundraising for my friend William[ ] My friend William Martinez, the main provider and father of three boys, is scheduled for a spinal fusion on June 25. In February of this year, he injured himself and due to financial restraints, he continued to work and battled through the pain. Unfortunately, the pain has become unbearable and has missed work over the past few weeks. The hours missed are creating more of a financial burden to his family. My friend wont ask for any type of help, as he is the founder of a non profit named Powered by God ( P B G.) His organization, which is in the infancy stage has helped numerous families in their time of need. I realize there are many worthy individuals, who are in need and worthy of support. As a man, who belives in honesty, hard work and values. My friend William, will only use the funds raised to cover his medical bills and the ones needed to survive until he returns to work, which can be six weeks away. Any excess, Im sure he will put towards his non profit and use it to help families in need. With the last two lines written, is how I know my friend will accept the funds raised.
