Support William's Farewell with Love
Donation protected
Dearest Friends and Family,
It is with a shattered heart that I share the most devastating news of my life: my beloved son, William, passed away at 1:48 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2025. He was only 22 years old.
Despite the challenges of hearing loss, William never let anything stand in the way of his dreams. He pursued his goal of becoming a robotics engineer with courage and determination. He inspired everyone around him with his drive, warmth, and refusal to live anything less than a whole, meaningful life.
Even in death, William’s compassion shines. As an organ donor, his final act of selflessness will help save or heal more than 80 lives. This quiet, powerful choice truly reflects the generous, loving spirit he carried every day.
Your calls, texts, and love messages have been a lifeline during this unimaginable time. While no words can erase our grief, your support has strengthened me when I needed it most.
As we walk this painful road, I am facing an added burden: the cost of William’s funeral. Though I’m working and seeking help through various channels, I’m still falling short of what’s needed to give him the dignified goodbye he deeply deserves. The thought of a city cremation — which would prevent our family from receiving his ashes — is a heartbreaking possibility we’re desperate to avoid. Being able to keep his ashes is incredibly meaningful to us as we try to honor and hold onto his memory.
If you can, I humbly ask for your help — no amount is too small. Your gift will help us celebrate William’s life in a way that reflects the joy, love, and legacy he leaves behind.
Thank you for remembering him, sharing your memories, and standing beside us through this grief. Every message, prayer, and thought you send reminds me of his incredible life and the countless hearts he touched.
With deepest gratitude,
Katherine Lynch
