Support William Toala's Recovery
Donation protected
On August 4th, William Toalo was working as a taxi driver in Guayaquil, Ecuador when he was violently attacked during an attempted armed robbery. William sustained life-threatening injuries, and is currently in the ICU with several gunshot wounds to the abdomen. After several surgeries, William is still fighting for his life in intensive care, and it is uncertain if he will recover.
As a single father William worked as a taxi driver to support his family, including his daughter and mother. As the sole provider for his household, the Toala family is now under immense emotional and financial strain.
Your support will go directly toward:
- Covering daily living expenses (mortgage, groceries, utilities)
- Medical costs (hospital bills, therapy, wheelchair/walker)
- Supporting his elderly mother as she cares for his daughter
- Travel costs to and from the hospital
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you’re unable to give financially, please consider sharing the campaign to help spread the word. Prayers are very welcomed and appreciated.
Please help us support William's recovery, and help his family rebuild secure their future as they face a long and difficult recovery. All the funds raised will be sent to William's mother in Ecuador.
We thank you for your support during this difficult time.
