Joseph is raising this fundraiser for his close friend, William Ter-Veen, a current sergeant at the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office in Washington. Over the time they have worked together, Joseph has come to know William as a true role model, a dedicated leader, and a great friend. William has been someone Joseph looks up to both on the job and in life. Recently, William underwent emergency surgery for an aortic dissection, and his recovery will keep him out of work for the next few months. This sudden medical emergency has created a heavy burden at a time when he should be able to focus fully on healing.
The funds raised will help cover medical bills, everyday living expenses, and provide support while William is unable to work during recovery. Joseph is asking for help for someone who has spent so much of his life serving others, leading by example, and showing up for his community. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference during this difficult time. If you are able, please consider donating and helping support William Ter-Veen as he recovers and gets back on his feet.
