On Sunday, September 8, William Rokko Rodriguez was on his way home from a 9-11 Memorial Run. He was struck on his HD by an SUV. The owner of the SUV stopped and immediately took off, leaving the scene. Now he has medical bills that are hard to pay from the hospital, any little bit helps. Thank you.
