Support Willa's Stroke Recovery Journey

Donation protected
My friend Cara and her sweet 7-year-old cat Willa have been put through the wringer this week. Out of nowhere, Willa—who's only seven—had a stroke on Monday night. Cara rushed her to the hospital, where they stabilized her and sent her home, but within hours, things got worse, and she had to be admitted again.

After extensive testing, including an MRI, they discovered severe inflammation and swelling in Willa's brain and cervical spine—causing the stroke, drop jaw, and breathing difficulties. She is now on multiple medications to manage the inflammation while we anxiously await test results, which could take up to three weeks.

Right now, Willa is home, still struggling to eat and requiring syringe feeding, but she is showing small signs of improvement. Cara has done everything possible to get Willa the best care, but the hospital visits, MRI, and ongoing treatment have resulted in overwhelming medical expenses. If you are able, please consider donating to help ease the financial burden so Cara can focus on what truly matters—helping Willa heal. Every little bit counts, and even if you can't donate, sharing this fundraiser means the world.

Thank you so much for your support. ❤️
