Willa is my brave 11-year-old niece who has faced more challenges in the past five years than most people do in a lifetime. Since the spring of 2020, she endured constant pain and underwent numerous procedures on her foot and leg due to a condition called AVM. Despite years of sclerotherapies that provided only temporary relief, Willa continued to fight with remarkable courage and hope.

After five years of pain and countless medical appointments, Willa made the incredibly difficult decision to have her right leg amputated. This choice was hers, and it speaks volumes about her strength and determination to live a life free from pain. Her journey has been filled with ups and downs, but she continues to inspire everyone around her with her resilience and positive spirit.
