On August 30, 2025, Will (Billy) Vieu, a loving, charismatic and vibrant young man, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. He is currently in the hospital with a brain hemorrhage, fighting hard on his road to recovery.

His mother, Shelley, has been by his side day and night, navigating the uncertainty, fear, and overwhelming stress of this traumatic event. As Will’s only living parent, she now faces the difficult decision of needing to step away from work in order to care for her son during his long recovery process. Will is also a beloved big brother to multiple young siblings. To support Will, Shelley has needed to take time from work and the financial strain is significant.

This fundraiser has been set up to help cover lost wages, basic living expenses, gas to and from Yale Hospital and the many unexpected costs that come with such a life-changing accident. The donations will also help cover his mother’s hope that he will eventually return home and continue rehabilitation with his family. Your support will allow Shelley to focus fully on her son’s healing without the added stress of financial hardship.
