Support for Will Rivas and His Family

Hi, my name is Ilse, and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of one of our longtime employees and his family during this incredibly difficult time.

Will Rivas has been a valued member of the People Source family since August 2016. Over the years, he has been a dedicated, hardworking, and kind individual who has touched the lives of many around him.

A few weeks ago, Will suffered septic shock caused by complications related to his blood pressure. His condition became critical, requiring him to be placed on a ventilator. We were informed by his medical team that he had to be resuscitated twice. He is currently battling kidney failure and remains on the ventilator as he continues to fight for his life.

We remain hopeful that Will will recover, wake up, and be reunited with his loving family.

During this difficult time, Will's wife, Ilda, has stayed by his side, unable to work while also trying to care for and provide for their children. The financial burden has become overwhelming as they focus on Will's recovery.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the stress on Will's family and allow them to focus on what matters most—being together and supporting his healing journey. Ilda is incredibly strong, grateful, and appreciative of any support, prayers, and kindness shown to their family.
