Will (Bill) Holscher suffered a massive, debilitating stroke on May 18. After spending a month in the hospital in Traverse City, he has now returned home to Gaylord, where his wife Amy (Frundl) Holscher is caring for him full-time.
Will’s recovery journey is ongoing, and the family faces uncertainty about his ability to return to practicing medicine. He is currently in intensive outpatient therapies where he makes small, positive progress each day. However, the emotional and financial impact has been overwhelming. Will is unable to work, and Amy may not be able to return to her job due to her caregiving duties.
Will has spent a lifetime serving others as an exceptional medical provider, always putting his patients first and offering compassion and support to everyone he meets. He has also been an amazing father to his three boys, Ben, Jack and Charlie. Together, Will and Amy have touched countless lives with their kindness, selflessness, and unwavering support for those in need. We know they are well-loved.
Now, as they face this difficult chapter, we have the opportunity to give back to two people who have given so much to others. Donations will help with medical bills, loss of wages, rehabilitation, and continued expenses as Will recovers and Amy supports him. Your generosity will ease their financial burden and give them hope as Will works toward recovery.
We are asking for your help to support Will and Amy during this difficult time. Any contribution is deeply appreciated, and sharing this fundraiser with others will make a big difference.
Thank you for your love, kindness and support.
