Gracias.
With a heavy heart, my family has lost a great human being. A soul that at some point in life was full of life, love, laughter, hard worker, a great father and husband. Today we are grieving your loss, but we know that you’re no longer suffering and in pain.
My uncle, Wilfredo Martinez, had lived here in NC over 18 years. A man that worked so hard for his wife and children. Someone who cared for the well being of others, gave love and care unconditionally. He never asked for anything in return because that’s who he was, a giving person. He was the father to Brenda, Kenny, Angie and Jason. He was so fortunate to have them as his children. He’s been able to share milestones with them all from, starting Pre-K to graduation to getting married and him becoming a grandpa and that filled him with joy. He’s had a loving and caring wife who has been through it all with him. Through the ups and downs through thick and thin.
Now, today he’s leaving his beautiful family behind, the youngest of all his 4 year old boy, who now doesn’t get the opportunity to share the first bike ride, first caught fish, first day of Pre-K the first of anything. All of that was snatched.
Sadly, since last year up until just a few months ago, no medicine, no surgery or no treatment took his pain away. He fought like no other.
All donations will help cover costs for funeral and for him to arrive in his homeland El Salvador where his parents will receive him.
Thank you
